Part time + Project Based

On site (NYC) & Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with the Founder and other team members on-set and with daily agency tasks

  • Research current trends and assist in the creation of social media and marketing posts

  • Be on-set at photoshoots to help assist team members and take social content for marketing purposes

  • Assisting in crafting social captions and content

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Must be pursuing a degree in in visually related fields such as marketing, creative direction, photography, videography, visual branding or related fields

  • Strong knowledge and passion of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc. and current trends

  • Experience with Canva a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team

  • Experience with social media management, visual marketing, photography and videography a plus

Social Media Manager/Creative Assistant

Pay

$17/hourly

Job

Part time (~3-8 hours/week)

On site (NYC) & Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn page

  • Write engaging and relevant captions and post content to social accounts

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy

  • Collaborate with Founder and other team members to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's objectives

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of our social media efforts

  • Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copies and monitoring ad performance

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Be on-set at photoshoots to help assist lead photographer and take social content for marketing purposes

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in visually related fields such as marketing, creative direction, photography, visual branding or related fields

  • 3+ years experience in creating current content and managing social media platforms for professional use is a must

  • Strong knowledge and passion of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team

  • Creative thinking and problem solving and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage our audience

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Planoly or Later and Notion

  • Must have extensive experience with Canva and creating various types of promotional materials
